Payment

Immediate payment is expected at checkout. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay through Shopify's secure checkout system.

Shipping

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Large orders will take additional time.

Damaged/Lost Items

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Delays in transit can happen due to weather or unexpected circumstances.

International Shipping

Not offered at this time.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns in regards to your purchase. Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. All other orders will be handled on a case by case basis.

Buyer will be responsible for returning item in the original condition as well as return shipping costs (with approval and RMA #). Returns made without RMA# will not be refunded. If you return an item, your money will be refunded within 3-5 business day minus original shipping cost.

Unless insurance is purchased, we are not responsible for any lost and/or damaged items.

IMPORTANT - Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color differently. Colors may vary slightly from the product listing. Also, wood grains can vary and will effect engraving color and/or cut.
